		<description>I think it&#039;d be beneficial to try another option.  I went on a pretty intense diet last year, but ended up loving it!  Try eating 6 small meals a day:  a fruit you take from the dining hall the night before, 2 meals at the dining hall,  the fruit you take from the other meal, and a small snack somewhere in between.  The salad bar and other healthy things that taste  like awfulness, sneak in an oatmeal cookie once a week.  What&#039;s most important is the exercise because it helps speed up your metabolism.  It doesn&#039;t have to be intense.  I did a 1-2 mile jog every morning with 10 minutes of ab work.  I went from 150-130 in 2 months!</description>
